Atlanta is the economic capital of the Southeast, headquarters to Coca-Cola, Delta, Home Depot, UPS, and an expanding film and tech base, with a metro footprint that runs from Buckhead and Midtown through the Perimeter, Alpharetta, and the Westside. For an Upstate-SC general contractor, Atlanta is the major out-of-state QSR, hospitality, and multifamily market within a half-day drive.
