Fully custom from a clean sheet, or semi-custom from our partnership with America's Best House Plans (huge selection of luxury pre-made plans at reduced prices). We help you decide based on lot, timeline, and how unique the constraints are.
Permit-Ready Drawings & Build Hand-Off
Plans, sections, elevations, structural review, MEP coordination — all delivered as a permit-ready package. Because BHR is also building it, the plans get drawn for build-ability — not just print-ability. No surprises in the field.
